Juliana Gorman, Esquire

Juliana Gorman, Esquire is a dedicated advocate who represents clients in both family law and criminal defense matters. Drawing on her past legal experience, Ms. Gorman provides strategic, results-driven representation to individuals facing some of life’s most difficult legal challenges. Whether defending clients against criminal charges or guiding families through emotionally complex disputes, she is committed to protecting her clients’ rights while pursuing practical, effective solutions.

Ms. Gorman earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, with minors in Biology and Law, from West Chester University, graduating cum laude. During her undergraduate studies, she participated in Model United Nations and earned multiple Dean’s List honors for academic excellence. She went on to receive her Juris Doctor from Widener University Commonwealth Law School, where she was recognized with the Outstanding Service Award for her dedication to the law school community and received honors for her achievements in the Moot Court Honor Society.

Following law school, Ms. Gorman began her legal career with the Chester County District Attorney’s Office. There, she prosecuted criminal matters and was selected to assist in the Appeals Unit. This experience sharpened her legal writing, courtroom advocacy, and appellate skills while providing her with a comprehensive understanding of Pennsylvania’s criminal justice system.

Ms. Gorman later transitioned her practice to family law and joined the Domestic Violence Center focusing on Protection From Abuse (PFA) litigation. She successfully represented hundreds of clients, negotiating favorable resolutions and litigating contested hearings. Her appellate experience also proved invaluable when she successfully defended her client’s Final PFA Order before the Pennsylvania Superior Court, resulting in the dismissal of the appeal.

Today, Ms. Gorman’s unique combination of criminal prosecution, appellate advocacy, and family law experience allows her to provide clients with well-rounded legal representation. She understands that every case carries significant personal consequences and approaches each matter with careful preparation, strategic advocacy, and unwavering dedication to achieving the best possible outcome.
